CONNECTION

What began as a ‘day-job’ idea has evolved into a real passion project, and seaped out to become my creative practice too. When I started the artists’ book & zine collection I knew it would be of great value and inspiration to the people I work alongside. However, and I think almost every zine librarian and artists’ book enthusiast will vouch for this, I don’t think anyone who collects or holds a similar collection can resist the pull of making and creative publishing for long. I have heard so many stories of zine librarian turned zinester, or artists’ book maker turned collector.. The addiction to these wonderful, powerful, tactile, sharable little (big) things is very real. I’m very proud of the AB-Z Collection, and subsequently the development. Anyone who knows me knows I can talk about both artists’ books and zines with great enthusiasm. I welcome connections and conversations, the oportunity to grow, understand, explore, and create with purpose. This page is my place for that, and all the extras…
